Del Rio, TX -- Amistad Industrial Developers and Gentherm, formerly known as W.E.T. Automotive, a leader in thermal technology in the automobile industry recently hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony at their second location in Acuna, Coahuila. This 101,000 sq. ft. facility will manufacture heating and cooling control modules for their global clients, including Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes Benz, BMW and Toyota.
This ceremony was preceded by another similar event last month. Nordyne and CES Group, divisions of Nortek, a leader in the HVAC industry, marked the completion of their two new locations with a ribbon cutting ceremony held at Amistad’s Airport HVAC complex located in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila. From this 570,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility Nordyne will produce their split systems and furnace manufacturing lines. The new 126,000 sq. ft. facility for CES Group will be used to manufacture components for their HVAC equipment.
